Hoping to shine a light on this widespread problem， Transparency International， a non- governmental organization that serves as a watchdog for corporate and political corruption， has published its Corruption Perceptions Index for 2013.
Funny thing to display how corrupt some thing is ... how do you actually know. If they corruption is done well you should not be able to tell.

Just some observations：
Of the least corrupt： 6 of the top 10 are European countries， the other 4 are former British colonies
10 out of 10 are democratic countries
10 out of 10 are non-Islamic
10 out of 10 separate religion from politics
For the most corrupt：
9 out of 10 countries are Muslim
Can't see any other similarities.
