有意思的是，虽然外媒这两天一直说谈判不顺，但是，就在国社消息发出前后，《华尔街日报》也发出报道：
“Chinese， U.S. Trade Negotiators Inch Toward an Agreement“（中美逐步达成协议）
几乎在国社发布消息的同时，白宫那边的声明也出来了。
这些详细和密集的讨论带来了双方磋商的进展。（These detailed and intensive discussions led to progress between the two parties.）
美中官员同意，任何承诺都会在两国之间的谅解备忘录里体现。（United States and Chinese officials have agreed that any commitments will be stated in a Memoranda of Understanding between the two countries.）
下周，双方在华盛顿将继续部长级和副部长级的磋商。美方期待这些进一步的磋商、希望看到额外的进展。（Next week， discussions will continue in Washington at the ministerial and vice-ministerial levels. The United States looks forward to these further talks and hopes to see additional progress.）
双方推动谈判向前的意愿都很高，势头挺好。
好像漫长的马拉松，眼看着就跑了一大段了。
不过，“行百里路半九十”，越是这种时候，越要冷静。
对谈判结果，要争取，但要冷静看待形势和结果，不必强求。
