“只要中国想，随时可以拿回台湾”？
到底什么意思？通过武力收回吗？也许可以，但是有能力去做的一件事并不等于也同样有能力去承担做了这件事的成本和后果。别忘了美国有能力核平任何一个和它作对的国家，问题只是在于这样做的成本会远远大于获得的成本。至于台湾问题，如果中国执意要收回台湾，美国可能就会打击中国。也就是说美国可以用核弹来解决台湾问题，这样一来中国“收回”台湾的成本将大于获得的成本。
也就是说这样的话“收回”台湾就会变成得不偿失的胜利。我相信中国知道这一点，台湾也知道。
幸运的是，大多数的地缘政治纠纷解决的手段和方法都不是以简单的“能力”来评估的。

A Chinese invasion is probably not worth the cost - but they have the conditions listed somewhere to launch that， that is why Taiwanese couldn't do anything by their real meaning。 They just vent it using something else， like a trade pact。

ure。 Did I not say there would be costs？ Still doesn't mean we couldn't nuke them if we want to - the ability exists。
That was my point - having an ability to do a thing is not the same thing as having a will to do it in the face of a cost/benefit analysis。 All the ability in the world amounts to nothing without a will to actually use that ability。 As long as China is unwilling to suffer the costs attendant with "taking back" Taiwan， an ability to do so amounts to nothing。
Maybe you should pay more attention to reading comprehension than letting narratives do it for you。
